In a press release yesterday, Wong said no reason was given by the speaker.
"This has damaged the spirit of democracy. People have the right to know," said Wong.
Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) was reported to have initiated a probe against Musa over the alleged laundering of US$90 million (RM276 million) in timber kickbacks through a Swiss UBS bank account in the territory as well as Switzerland.
London-based whistleblower website Sarawak Report claimed to be in possession of documents which showed that Malaysian authorities have refused to cooperate with its Hong Kong counterparts.
The website is also blaming attorney-general Abdul Gani Patail, who is said to be related to Musa, for putting the brakes on Malaysian authorities investigating Musa.
The Sabah legislative assembly convened yesterday for a three-day sitting.
